One Skill Always Needed In Tech

I've been in software industry for almost 10 years now and I believe to be able to be successful in this industry really comes down to one thing:

A willingness to become comfortable in the uncomfortable.

I believe that to be able to succeed in this field, it really thrives on the skill of being to embrace unfamiliarity because it's evolving and changing quickly.

Embrace a growth mindset. By taking on new challenges and being open to new ideas, you will be able to solve any problem you have at hand. this will allow you to grow in ways you couldn't imagine. That also means taking things that don't seem "beneath you" as well.

Follow this and you will become one the most well-rounded software engineers out there!
